Looks like we will have a great club this year with a wide variety of model aircraft. Our club has experienced substantial growth in the last few months, thanks to our new location and great recruiting efforts by all members. As spring time rolls around, we should all have some really great flying weather in the coming weeks.
The following letter contains information discussed at last months meeting, But to get the word out , our March meeting, will once again be held at Shoney's in Jackson on old hwy. 45. We need to be sure to thank them once again for their hospitality and let them know how much we appreciate their help. So I hope to see you Tuesday, March 12th at 7:00 p.m. We have been meeting in the room to the right of the kitchen when you come in the door.

Notes from the meeting:
It has been brought to the attention of the club, that there is a small group of R/C flyers in the general area of our sight. Chances are we will never run in to any problem, but just in case, here are the frequencies they fly on; Channels 54, 34, 44, and 14. If you have these channels on your planes, you might want to do a thorough range check before you fly.
Letter from the editor:
I would like to take this time to thank my fellow officers that I have served with over the past year. It has been an experience that I will always remember. I only wish I could continue in this capacity, but my fatherly duties along with my work schedule will not allow it. I know that whoever is elected to this position will do a much better job than I have done with my limited time and resources.
Although I do look forward to sitting down and reading the club newsletter and seeing the club through someone else's view.
Let's continue to grow this great hobby in our area, and always remember, the youth ARE the future!
