Jimmy sent me these pictures and comments..

I went out to the field about 1:00 pm and the wind sock was sticking straight out right out of the north, nobody there!!

I came back at 3:00 and low and behold one person was flying.   We all stood in amazement as Kevin Turner flew his large Cap 232 in this wind.    It was a good flight and an exciting landing.   I was too chicken to fly, but it is amazing how we all flew in this kind of wind during Feburary, March, and April but can't do it now.   I guess we'll just have to learn again this spring.

As always Mike Grippen is working on improving the field.

Thanks to Jimmy Gibson for the pictures he sent!
